Hey Tim,

Nice to have you "slumming" over in these parts :)

As to your first question--I don't know of any website, wish I did. The general rule my assistant and I use is simple. If it's a not-for-profit group, then we call it a PSA--if the spot creates profit for the entity then its a commercial and will be treated as such.

To be honest, if someone has a better system please let me know. It really is amazing how many PSA's get shipped daily to our station, and even zanier is the number of spots/entities that try to pass themselves off as PSA's.

As to your second question I'm not really sure I understand what your asking. Care to give it another shot?
