You can also pre-compose or nest your 2 second animation, enable time remapping and then add this expression to the time remapping property.

loop_out("cycle",0)

If the 2 second piece you want to loop is all ready in the 20 second comp then after you pre-compose, open the pre-comp, trim the comp length to 2 seconds, then go back to the original comp to enable time remapping and apply the expression.
