It should come w/ the capture software, but Canon's software is really slow. The thumbnails come up quick, but the preview image seems like it takes forever. According to a Canon rep. I spoke to at Photoshop World, they'll be releasing a new version soon. But, I'm not holding my breath. She told me I could shoot using an NTSC monitor (which I already use), but I want to shoot and save at the same time. It was not the most encouraging of conversations. If you aren't shooting in a rushed situation, Canon's would do the job. Myself, I have neither the patience or time to waste waiting on them. On the other end of the spectrum...Capture One Pro which will have teathered DSLR support in the next version (update) is due in late spring or early summer.
