Re: OK, but how to use built-in titler?

Here's what I'm doing, exactly....

A. I goto the "OBJECTS" menu, tab down to "SPLINE PRIMITIVES", and choose "TEXT".

B. I set the text to the font and word that I want.

C. I goto the "STRUCTURE" tab and click "MAKE EDITABLE".

D. I try to use the "EXTRUDE" function under the "STRUCTURE" menu and nothing happens.


Now, before you barrate me with the factual reason it isn't working. Please tell me how in the hell to get the text to extrude without killing either of these boxes.

Thanks for your help and patients. I really am paying attention, but I am having a very hard time getting acclimated as I am a visual learner.
