I'll be suprised if you get that technique to work on a poser model, or anything with a complex/irregular polygonal structure.
InnerExtrude has a world-size offset, and if your polys are not similar in size you're going to wind up with a mess as some polys extrude too little and other far too much.
You'll have a much easier time with the built-in cel shader, and using the width variation to make the lines thicker. If you *really* need a wire-formed object, and not just a wireframe render, use the Atom plugin (available in the C++ SDK download from plugincafe) with low detail settings.
