A couple of ideas.

You could use the knife tool to create some new vertices along the window frames. Cut once on each side of the vertice that is being rounded, and then drag the new vertices close to that existing vertice, creating a sharper edge.

Or you could just cut the window out using a material with an alpha channel. Body Paint might come in usefull here if you have it, as it allows you to 'paint' an alpha onto your model, right where you want it.
