Thanks! I'll check my settings for the "Keyframe every XX", didn't even see that before.

The animation in AE will look normal for 10 frames then, the spinning text will freeze for a frame leaving that frame up on the screen and the animation will continue. Then do the exact same thing over and over until numerous images are on the screen none of which are clean (highly pixelated large black squres missing everywhere) Hope that makes sense. It looks horrible!
