HUGE image problems: CD4 GO to After Effects

I'm new to Cinema 4D GO and having a great time learning the program. My only problem is after I render my animation it looks fine, then I bring it into AE and the problems begin. The animation (rotating text) comes in fine but when I play it or render with my AE project all hell breaks loose. The animation freezes, spins over its self, stutters and has major digital arifacts.

I wondering if my render settings are wrong or if I have to do something in AE (interpet footage)? My seeings are : Raytracer, 4x4, edge and color, QT movie high compressed, no fields and 30 frames per second.
