If there are a couple of you seriously interested in the book I can try to send over a number of them to Kathlyn (I haven't talked to her about this yet, so this is just an idea). I am quite sure that this will help to reduce the shipping/handling costs for you. As this means some extra work for Kathlyn I leave it up to her of course. What do you think?
