Howdy Dave,

The ones in the reference manual are a good place to start. Then also, you can check out my tutorial: "Building a Stable Soft IK Leg Rig" hosted here at the Cow (which expands on the tutorial from the reference manual). Maxon has a couple of tutorials using Pose Morph on their site.

I'm sure there may be a few more out there, too.
