Keyframe IK?

Tim HofflandKeyframe IK?

Im fairly new to animating bones. I have a basic IK setup (5total) Although im unable to keyframe them? When you reposition and place keys then go back to look at sequence, they pop back to original position and no keyframes in the track view. What did I miss?
