One slight way to speed things up would be to open up the timeline editor, CTRL-A to select all tracks and then go to the end of the project and hit o to set them all to that out. But chances are you'll need to tweak some of the tracks.

I've had to do this dozens of times and haven't ever spent more than 10-15 minutes doing it. Surely that's not too hard to do is it?
