1 - Any general system issues? (Driver's etc...)

-no issues to report. I did not install any additional drivers provided by ATI.

2 - Performance? (Motion, Which other apps benefit, etc...)

-major performance boost compared to the stock card that came with my G5. FCP works well, as well as Motion...the system is much more 'snappy'.

3 - Any apps which do not behave with this card to look out for? (I mostly use FCP, Avid Xpress Pro, AFter Effects)

4 - Am I right in thinking this card only takes up one slot as opposed to the factory installed version which takes up two slots?

-I decided to sactifice the adjacent pci slot. I felt the card would run cooler with some space for the cooling fan to perform effeciently. With a pci card installed in the adjacent slot, there is very little 'breathing room between the 2 area's.

5 - How will I affect my G5 warranty by installing this card, if at all?

-not sure about that..however if you run into a problem and need to bring your Mac in for service, you can always re-swap the card.

-overall, easy install, improved system performance...never had a problem. Motion was impossible to use with the stock card. The ATI card changed that.
