Yup- I agree with David. What Layerlink in particular does is not worth $99 to me. I bet they'd sell 3 times as many copies at $49 dollars than at $99.

Apple could have priced Motion at $999 like AFX but you know they'd sell a fraction of what they're selling now and would make very few AFX converts.

Ask any car maker- quantity is the route to profit.

Then again I will definitely not get Boris at $799 unless it gives me 3D and even then it would have to offer me dinner too.
