Rush fees?

I have a client who wants me to do revisions on a multimedia CD that I did for them last year, and he wants it done by Friday. Problem is, he only got the material he needs for the changes to me today, and I have already booked my week with other jobs.
I'd be willing to stay up late one night to make all these changes, but I was wondering if it's fair to charge this client a "rush" fee, since although he mentioned about a month ago that he intended to make changes to this CD, he never gave me any solid materials until 3 hours ago. Obviously, I wasn't going to wait around for him to get his stuff together, so I booked jobs for this week so that I can pay my bills.
What is a reasonable "rush rate" for somethign like this? I will have to work a 19 hour day one at least one of these days in order to make his changes, which I'm not excited about.
Any advice?
