hello...

this caching is typically handled by the visitor's browser - the file is actually downloaded once to their box and then their browser uses that local version to help speed up surfing...

so you will get this effect automatically. it doesn't always work perfectly and sometimes users clear their cache on a daily basis, but those types are usually on broadband where it's less of an issue anyway...
