hello...
it looks like you have two different types of embedding going on there...the "<EMBED>" tag is older, and newer versions of ie don't support it anymore...they all use active x plugins to do stuff like windows media player, flash, quicktime, etc...i'd try using the active x call in the code instead of the embed and see if that works. here's a good article on that:
