hello...
i take it that you wanted to keep all your databases on the servers and just take the front end to the cd (but then have the appropriate forms link back to the server dbs)?
never heard of a software product to do that, but i would think you could just update your form tags to point back to the server and leave all the other variables using reference-based urls (so "../../images/foo.gif" - that sorta thing)...then the cd parts could run locally, and the user would automatically be taken to the server whenever need be for the dynamic content...
we actually had a thread about this sort of thing a while back - just use the "search posts" link in the nav menu to the left and do a quick search on the phrase "webpage cd" (w/o the quotes) - that should return that thread as well...
