Webpage to CD?

I have a fairly complex and deep website that is run from various databases. It has several semi advanced features such as adding entries to lists, online poling, a java navigation bar, search functions etc., I am trying to put this site on CD but you can imagine the difficulty. Does anyone know of good software or a service provider who could take a snapshot of this type of site for use on a CD. I am looking for somthing that would either put a messasge when you clicked a somthing that could not work from CD alone, such as an email link which needs an internet connection. Or would create a sort of hybrid wesite that worked mostly from CD but would use the internet for things like emails or links to sites that are not part of the main site but are refferenced in that site. I hope this is not too confusing. Any suggestions on software or service providers for this type of thing?
