Matt AindowFlickering menus driving me mad!

Hi. Need help with annoying flickering menus. When I review my finished DVD SP 2 projects on a TV monitor my heart sinks. I’m creating some boosh backgrounds in PhotoShop that end up looking amateurish because of this. Having trouble especially with text created inside DVD SP 2. It dances around the screen like crazy! Is there a solution?
Any tips gratefully received.
