[George] "When I set the loop for the motion menu, I'm not able to choose specific frames. It goes by every 15 frames? I need my buttons to appear all at once, on beat...I have to choose a weird loop time like 00:04:23. Can anyone help?"
All navigation happens on "i" frames which occurs every 15 frames in a standard GOP. If you need precise placement you need to add a compress (or chapter) marker in FCP at that point and export with compressor. This will let you choose that frame as the loop point.
