Learn to love keyboard shortcuts. When you have to adjust any color parameter, you can left click/drag the color swatch. Holding down different shortcut keys will adjust different parameters without having to go to the direct control sliders: R for Red, G for Green, B for Blue, H for Hue, S for Saturation, V for Value. You can adjust things by eye pretty quickly without having to look at anything other than the image. I use these shortcuts all the time in a Mult operator rather than going to a Color Corrector node. Much faster, much simpler. BTW, these keys work for any parameter in any node that has a color swatch next to it.
