BUGGY SYSTEM, is anyone experiencing this

Hello all,

Been working with 10.3.6 for quite a while (a month at least).

In that time, I've had several projects running on my system, and I feel like I'm experiencing a higher than usual crash rate.

SPECS ON SYSTEM
AJA IO
G5 2GHTZ
1.5 GIG OF RAM
HUGE ARRAY WITH ATTO 4D CARD

Getting ready to work on a very big project, and trying to tidy up my system. Aside from Disk Repairs, does anyone have any advice on something I should try to smooth out my system a bit? My crashes appear to be happening with little rhymn or reason.
