We had this until the 1.3.1 patch, since we always have Image+Wireframe on. Fortunately, 1.3.1 fixed that. We also had random audio pops which turned out to be related to the excessive luminance. Using the Broadcast Safe filter on all clips (including titles) fixed the audio pops. The 1.3.1 patch seems to have fixed that as well... although time will tell I guess.
