ATTO UL4D/Panther/G5 Problem

Hey there...I am putting together a new editing suite for FCP 4 and I am trying to install the ATTO UL4D PCI-X card. I put it in slot 4 on a dual 2ghz G5 (the 64bit, 133mhz slot) and it won't boot up anymore! As soon as I take it out it boots right up. I haven't tried the other slots yet but I want to use the 133mhz slot since that is what the ATTO card is.

Here is the configuration:
Dual 2ghz G5
4 gigs RAM
OSX Panther
AJA IO
No other PCI-X cards installed
ATTO Drivers for OSX are installed

I will be connecting a HUGE DualMax 800 if I can get the ATTO card to work.

Any suggestions???
