I would try it, but I already sent my expansion chassis back to Magma. The only reason I did not try it is because AJA specifies that the I/o be hooked directly to the computer's internal firewire port. It is definately worth a shot. Magma offers a 30 day money back guarantee if you'd like to purchase a cardbus chassis and experiment.
