Christian is right, it's too soon for the manufacturer's to be approving their RAID's for the G5's. However, you can bet that the Xserve RAID is going to work (or be fixed really quick). I think between the two you mentioned, the Xserve is a far better value, with better features. It would be my choice for sure. If you want to save money, keep good speed, but lose some of the nice features, like redundancy, you may want to consider the Huge Systems RAID's. They are introducing newer, faster, better models in the next couple of months.
