Best way to include text files ?

I am new to DVD programming, I need to have a button go to a page of text with some graphics on it. I am very use to using Flash programming. I can create a scrolling window of text that the viewer can control. How do I accomplish this in Encore a page with graphics and a scrollable text window.
I could build it as a movie in AE - but really hate to go to that extent if its not needed
