Hi Sal-

This error appears to be indicating a problem with one of your video files (MPEG-2 streams). Try saving a copy of your project and then delete one of the files and try building a DVD folder (File > Build > DVD Folder). Repeat this process, deleting your files one by one, until you find the file causing the problem. Once you find the suspect file, re-encode it from the application that created it.
