Sorry to give you a bit of a hard time. You know I'm an Encore guy :)

I agree with many of the concerns that are being brought up. Some problems are just darn difficult to quantify. I think for the most part, the most broken aspect is subtitles, many other issues can be somewhat elusive. There is a lot of traffic and great information on the Adobe user to user forums, maybe check out some of those posts, it's definitely the most active forum. The people there have put together a lot of good information.

What's interesting is that aside of subititles I hear mostly random issues.
