Re: Proposal: Monthly DFCPUG Challenge

Yes, I have always thought that the group should be used to learn from each other. And this sounds like it could be a very valuable learning experience. All of us have our own niche and I think there is a lot of expertise to go around.

I am sure that everyone can learn something new from every user there, and that is very important. Not to mention fun. I personally love to trouble shoot and I truly enjoy listing to peoples problems and trying to solve them. Or at least knowing how they solved it for reference.

So here is my proposal; Lets come up with our first challenge. Lets basically do an example, something we can show to everyone, and see how it goes. I am in to position to decided if we can do this or not, but I don't see why not. I think a good example would help the group catch onto the idea. Then if we have time at the next meeting, we can present this and get started. So if anyone else is reading this, your input is welcome.

So let me know what you think and I will talk to Brian and Jerry and see if we can get some time at the next meeting.
