Did u try contacting Reg Giant Software support? If I were you, I would have contacted them and see what they have to say about it. Why isn't Magic Bullet doing a better job than QT. The price difference between the 2 products so big I would have definitely gone to the bottom of this issue. I would not expect such an expensive product to fall behind such a easily/afforadable product. There's definitely something going wrong here I just don't know what's wrong. Wish some other moderators on this forum would jump in this thread and shed some light.
