I have to agree with John. His studio is a good example of keeping a cost effective professional suites with out breaking the bank.

I used to work at rainmaker, in there telecine suites and will still do some film processing there, but even they had to lay off a few people in the last year. Keep it in mind they and toy box are film labs also, and ittook years to develop the trust in the industry.
