FCP has been doing multichannel outputing of sound since ver.2 via OMS. However perhaps you really ment to say multichannel importing which FCP does not have as of this date. The situation may radicially change in the next 7 or 8 days of course.

If you were really talking about multichannel export of sound tracks from FCP there are a number of audio programs that will import multitrack audio from FCP. Bias" Deck 3.5 is the least expensive $395 US & imports FCP multitrack audio very well with its built in OMF import function. Pro Tools will of course import OMF as well but you'll need either OMF Tool or DigiTranslator frrom DigiDesign to do the OMF import. DigiTranslator is $495 US over & above the cost of the Pro Tools program & additionnal hardware.
