I dunno why 411's holding you guys up.

We're shipping upgrades already.
You get the board now, software in a few weeks.
Our distributor told us that's what Matrox was going to do for us/them.

I'd call them and tell them that you want it now anyway. The shipping upgrade's not planned to ship with the final premiere drivers anyway. It's supposed to initially ship with the 4263's, Prem 6.5 and the Adobe video collection. You'd run 6.5 for awhile, and then when the PPro drivers go final, you bump yourself up then. They'll only be available for download and purchase directly from matrox (off of their website) initially, just like all their other drivers.
