Move forward a few frames in video to create the button view?

What is the best way to get a button to have a particular frame from it's underlying video?
This is in DVD Workshop 2 with the latest available patches.
IE. I drag a video onto a button and the first frame shows up. I'd actually like to move about 20 to 30 frames in for the button picture.
Thanks,
Clark
