Frantic FranUsed NTSC template instead of PAL

Damm! Finished my project but had the NTSC template assigned so my disc turned in NTSC format. I've tried changing the template but it doesn't work so I always end up with a NTSC disc! Anyone know how to change the template so it alters to PAL?? I really don't want to have to start again using a PAL template.
