Alastair MacFarlaneminiDVD

Dear All

A friend advised me that you can create a miniDVD with DVD Workshop, but I am unsure how to. I have a VOB file (450mB) that I would like to burn to a CD-R/RW rather than a DVD R/RW.

Can someone advise me how to do this? I will need to check that my DVD player can play miniDVD but this is a side-issue.
