You are referring to DVDWS at this point? If you're referring to TMPG I don't see where this option is. I got up to choosing "all files", found them, and I'm ready to demux but if you're refering to templates in TMPG I don't see any options supporting that. I downloaded the free trial to TMPGPlus.
