Audio cuts out 3 seconds before video

I just captured elementary streams with my Pinnacle DC1000. I imported both video and audio onto the Adobe Premier time line and confirm that both audio and video were captured perfectly. I then open up DVD Workshop and imported the audio and video. When I play the time line just before the end of the title the audio cuts out. It is just about 3 seconds before the end of the title. The video, however plays to the end. Any ideas?? It does appear to be in sync throughout. I get the exact same problem when I view the burned DVD
