BlackMagic 10-bit is the obvious choice. It's the native format of the DeckLink card, and will give you the full 10-bit quality of the Digibeta without additional compression.

If you're doing a lot of effects, make sure to turn on high precision YUV rendering, instead of the default 8-bit YUV.
