The 24Phas a very "Strobe-ish" look. Normal? Filmouts? How to reduce?

I'm very aware that slight strobing of images is in fact what makes film and "film look" look the way they do. What Lies below specifically deals with pans.

I've just bought the camera and tested it thoroughly. The LCD, viewfinder, and NTSC PB all show a very pronounced "strobe" on pans of any speed (slightly worse with 24P Adv.). I'm assuming that this is the trade off we have to live with in a non-native 24P camera that costs $3400? Does anyone have experience with how this looks on film outs? Is that the strobe you get then as well? Any ideas on how to reduce it? Some motion blurring filter in FCP?

Don't misunderstand - the DVX100 24P look is remakable(!) - until you move the camera. It's just that...well... I want to move the camera.
