24P Standard capture and sequence settings question: Help!

I have footage that was shot on a DVX100 in 24P standard. I have to provide someone with a dub of some of the raw footage. I need to edit down some of the raw footage to do this. I have FCP 4.

I want the footage that I capture, edit down and output to be identical in quality and motion signature as the original 24P Standard footage from the raw tapes.

What settings do I use for capture? What settings do I use for the timeline sequence?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
