syncing 24p images to CD-recording

What is the conversion rate to get my 24p images to match a CD-recorded soundtrack. I need to sync a 24p video track to a CD-recording of a song, in order to edit a video. At the start of the timeline everything is sync'd, by the end the video is more than a few frames off...Any solutions?
