All the footage is strobing (it literally looks like a cheesy strobe effect) - but I realized that it was a pulldown issue. I fixed this by doing a pulldown removal in AE and everything plays fine. Im confused as to why the problem wasn't on all of the 59.94 footage though and only select clips.
