Hello, I would like to update the fact about the bit-depth of the Algolith plug-ins. I have quoted the matter to Algolith and got a reply from the company:

As far as bit depth resolution on Shake we support floating point processing as there is no limitation from Shake on this matter. All our Algorithms process the information in floating point. The only limitations are most of the time set by the host application. As far as After Effects, we now have available on our website the 16bit version. It was true up to a couple of weeks that our plugins were only supporting the 8 bit version of AE.

So, now, Algolith AE version is supporting 16 bit per channel. Great!
