DVCPROHD -> Filmout

Guys,

I've been editing a feature shot on the Panasonic Varicam. HD tapes were loaded via firewire using the AJHD-1200 deck. Now that we are locking picture, should I use MM to recapture the media used and bring it in HD-SDI uncompressed?

Will I gain any quality using HD-SDI instwad of firewire. This is eventually going to be a film out?
