But to answer your question most companys dont see the "retirn on investment" to use one of there terms. HD is nice but when you are going to compress it to a 800*600 box and put it onto cd it dosent matter! most of our clients want something small that they can take everywhere. not everyone has a dvd player or vhs in there office but everyone has a computer. Most video houses use a 4:1:1 format and it works great for what we do. But we all have our wish lists in fact we are talking about putting money in the buggett for an HD liner editor. But its all about the big picture. Im sure we would all like to have HD and edit systems running on SGI boxes but we all know thats not realy going to happen. but a child can dream cant he.
